About

Gritty. Honest.
In your corner.

Hilary Haron is the person accomplished leaders call when they've run out of people to call. She's the coach who challenges you and the human who has your back, at the same time, without contradiction.

No dream is too ambitious. No problem is too tangled. She's built a career on honest conversations and genuine connection, helping people overcome the obstacles that everyone else was too polite to name.

The journey

Eleven years old.
A dealership floor.

Her family's dealership was founded by her grandfather in 1945. She grew up in it, worked her way through Fresno State to an MBA, and became co-owner in 2010, in an industry that did not expect her at the table.

She found her voice there anyway: a seat on the National Automobile Dealers Association board, Vice Chair of the California New Car Dealers Association, lobbying in Washington. The room she learned to hold is the room she now teaches you to hold.

How she shows up

The rules of the room

01

Empowering, not soft

Uplifting and honest at once. She'll make you feel capable of bold steps, without sugar-coating what those steps cost.

02

Innovative & strategic

Forward-thinking, built to challenge the status quo and find the solution that actually moves you forward.

03

Community-oriented

Connection runs through everything. You're seen, not managed, and you're never navigating it alone.

04

Real & direct

Gritty and rough around the edges. She'll tell you the truth, then help you carry it.

05

Results-driven

Grounded in reality. The journey leads to tangible outcomes, not vague affirmations you forget by Friday.

The North Star
Do no harm.
Take no shit.

"For those who aspire for more, I'm here to help them reach it. No dream is too ambitious."

Whether it's business acumen or personal growth, the mission is the same: meet every person where they are and get them moving, as long as they're brave enough to bring the real thing to the table.

Let's get to work
