Coaching and consulting

I go whereyour coachwon't andyour therapistcan't.

One intensive. Ninety minutes, one week or one month. What's stuck gets named, then moved.

Let's get to work You leave with it named and a way to move.

Start here

What's on the table?

Pick the one that's costing you sleep. You get the truth about it right here, then the plan. It goes into your booking so Hilary reads it before you meet.

Here's the truth

A move I can't make

Truth

You already know the answer. What you don't have yet is permission to pay the price of it.

Plan

We name the real cost, make the call, and put dates on the first three moves.

Let's get to work Your pick goes straight into the booking, so Hilary reads it before you meet.

Hey there.I'm Hilary.

I grew up on a dealership floor. My grandfather founded our family business in 1945. I was working in it at eleven, earned my MBA, and became co-owner in 2010, in an industry that did not expect me at the table.

I learned to hold rooms that were not built for me. Now I help the people everyone else calls finally have someone to call. I meet you where you are, I tell you the truth, and then we build the plan.

The Intensive

Your wit's-end problem on the table. No affirmations. The thing itself. Pick the level that fits how big the thing is.

Real. Or nothing at all.

Ready when you are.

Bring the real thing, not the tidy version. That's where the work starts.

Let's get to work

Do no harm. Take no shit.
